This prestige set features a very unique Templar Knight that is both unusual yet traditional, each piece is intricately hand-carved for over two days by a master craftsman. Every piece has been designed to compliment the intricate and appealing Knight design, which rightly steals the show. The Kings have the Knights Templar King George Cross and by 1188, the English and French troops of Philip II of France and Henry II of England, proudly displayed it, as part of their tunic. It became a symbol, worn by many troops, announcing they be warriors fighting crusades in the Holy Land.

The Luxury Tournament Standard Chess pieces have a traditional Staunton design and are crafted from Premium Grade Exotic Ebony and Ivory Boxwood and elegantly finished by master craftsmen. The texture of both woods is fine and even, the deep lustre of these hardwoods appeals to the eye, while cool and sensuous to the touch, which will ensure generations of enjoyment. The feel and weight of this exquisitely design set will heighten your Chess playing experience, beautiful and yet functional of heirloom and luxury quality.
